Do I need a ChatGPT account?
You will need to set up an OpenAI account (if you don’t have one already), but you don’t need to use ChatGPT itself… and you don’t need the paid account
Are there any extra expenses?
You pay for the tokens you use to create your emails. This works out to be extremely affordable - your entire sequence will cost you probably around 10-20 cents (each time you run the dashboard)

Yes! The dashboard is user-friendly and intuitive, so you can get started right away.
Can I customise the messages generated by the dashboard?
Absolutely! The dashboard offers a range of customisation options, so you can tailor your messages to your specific needs and target market.
Can I use the Welcome Sequence Sidekick with any email service provider?
This is only a tool for creating copy. The output is in a Google Sheet and the workbook is a Google Document. You then need to simply copy/paste the final emails into your own email server provider.
Is the dashboard difficult to use for those who aren't tech-savvy?
No. I’ve set it up to be extremely easy to use.
The only tricky bit is the initial setup with OpenAI, and I provide simple tutorials to help. You can also reach out if you get stuck.
How much time do I need to spend using the dashboard to get results?
It will take you around 15 minutes to set it up the first time, and that’s a one-time set up.
To run a full sequence you will need to input some information (which will take a minute or two).
The dashboard takes between 10-15 seconds to generate the emails. And then I recommend spending 5-10 minutes editing and tidying up the output.
Can the dashboard generate emails in languages other than English?
At this time, no.
What kind of support or resources are available if I need help using the dashboard?
We have a Facebook group you can join, with a thread where you can ask questions.
I also run monthly office hours, and you can bring questions to those calls as well.
There’s also a live workshop with a Q&A and if you can’t make it - you can submit your answers beforehand (and access the recording)
Is there a limit to how many welcome sequences I can generate with the dashboard?
No, you can run it as many times as you like! Just create a new copy of the dashboard each time, and change the inputs to get a different sequence.
Can I customise the emails generated by the dashboard to fit my brand voice and tone?
Yes! And I recommend you do this.
There will be a small amount of editing, but this is a good thing - to ensure you stay on brand with your tone and voice.
I’ve also built in a voice analysis step so the emails should come out sounding like you in the first draft.
What is the refund policy if I'm not satisfied with the product?
